How and when can I charter a private jet?
You can book a jet at any time. With a timely booking, your choice of aircraft is larger and your price can be more favorable. However, a booking on short notice is always possible.
What are the costs of a private jet?
The price depends on the type of aircraft, flight route and airports used. A flying hour with a small jet starts from €2,200. We will gladly present you an individual offer including all extra costs.
Is a rescheduling possible?
In most cases, a rescheduling or a change in take-off time is possible. Please note that this might incur additional costs.
What happens if I am late for take-off?
Your plane will wait for you. However, we strongly advise you to immediately inform either our team or the flight crew so that a new start time/ take-off slot can be requested. Please note that your chartered jet may have a connecting flight and cannot wait indefinitely in this case. If we have to find you an alternative aircraft, this can lead to extra costs.
What kind of documentation do I get and when is the payment being arranged?
You will receive a charter contract, which you please send back after signing. For the flight as such you will be handed a travel confirmation, an extensive flight manifest carrying all important information including contact data and a detailed description how to get to the airport. In most cases, a prepayment is necessary when booking the flight. The full amount has to paid before you start your trip.
Are there lavatories on board?
Smaller jets and turboprops only have makeshift toilets, if any. Larger business jets have separated restrooms as you know them from regular scheduled airline travel. We will give you all the information needed in this respect when sending you your individual flight offer.
Can I take my pet with me?
In most private jets your pets are allowed to travel with you in the passenger cabin. Please notify us when sending us your flight request.
Will there be catering on board?
Most flights have a standard catering (canapés, small snacks and drinks – both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). Please notify us in advance if you have any special wishes.
Who will be flying the airplane?
Every aircraft chartered through our service will be operated by a pilot trained on and licensed for this type of plane. In most cases he will be supported by a co-pilot. Larger planes will also have cabin staff.
Are private jets safe?
Private jets are subject to the same safety regulations as large airline carriers. All aircraft are undergoing regular maintenance and the staff gets intensive training. Every aircraft booked through our service has been accepted by the aviation authorities and has passed all necessary safety checks. The planes also have all the licenses and insurances they need.
